Fresh Onion

Product available in five different varieties:

Yellow or grain onion: Onion golden in color, white and juicy inside. It is characterized by a spicy flavor.
White onion: Onion with a sweet and mild flavor.
Red onion: Onion with an attractive purple color that, added to its mild flavor, makes it ideal for salads.
Sweet onion: Flattened bulb, creamy white to golden skin color, white inside. Medium and soft pungency.
Figueras onion: Characteristic pink skin, purple flesh, crunchy texture and mild flavor.
